Pera77 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the relationship between Pera77 and every registered player who accesses or uses any product or service offered on the Pera77 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online card games including Tongits, and all associated promotional offers.

By clicking "Register," completing the registration process, or depositing funds into a Pera77 account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you represent that you have their authority to bind them to these Terms.

Pera77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a Pera77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a resident of the Philippines.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is the minimum legal age for gambling participation under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Pera77 employee or contractor where that employment relates to the platform's operations.
• You must not be a self-excluded player under any active self-exclusion request on Pera77 or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.

Pera77 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. Accounts found to have been registered by players who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be closed immediately and any outstanding balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR directives.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one (1) Pera77 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Pera77 uses identity verification, IP monitoring, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original registration may be permanently closed and associated balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. Pera77 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pera77 login credentials — username and password. Any activity conducted under your login credentials is your responsibility regardless of whether that activity was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Pera77 support immediately. Pera77 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the player failed to safeguard their credentials.

Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your Pera77 account — is not permitted. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals must be made by the registered account holder personally.

4. Deposits and Payments

Pera77 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the Pera77 account. Pera77 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from third-party payment accounts and return funds to the originating source.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions. There is no standard upper deposit limit, though Pera77 may apply limits in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements or responsible gaming tools selected by the player.

Pera77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside Pera77's control.

Pera77 is not responsible for any delay in deposit crediting caused by the player's payment provider, bank processing times, or any third-party technical issue outside the platform's direct control.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Pera77 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and age verification complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional documentation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of the associated winnings can be processed.
• Pera77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing in exceptional circumstances.
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business hours during Philippine banking hours. These timelines are targets, not guarantees.

Pera77 does not charge a standard withdrawal fee. Players are responsible for any fees applied by their own bank or payment provider to receive the transfer.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Pera77 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts only.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before bonus winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Pera77 reserves the right to specify which games, sports markets, or bet types contribute to wagering requirements for each promotion. Certain game types or bet types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Pera77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any wagering requirement already partially completed will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to irregular bet patterns, manipulation of wagering requirements, collusion between players, or any behavior deemed to be designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Pera77 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system, unless Pera77 determines an obvious pricing error occurred.
• Pera77 reserves the right to void bets where an error in the odds or market has occurred — including but not limited to a pricing feed malfunction or a manifest error in team selection. The void decision is at Pera77's sole discretion and stakes will be returned.
• If a sports event is postponed or abandoned before meeting the minimum time requirement for official settlement, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Pera77 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on specific markets, competitions, or for individual accounts in accordance with operational risk management. These limits may be applied without advance notice.
• All bets are settled based on official competition results from the recognized governing body of the sport. Pera77 does not settle based on provisional or informal sources.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of Pera77's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

8. Game Fairness and RNG

All casino and card game outcomes on Pera77 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG used on the platform is certified by an independent third-party auditor and is subject to regular testing to confirm statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

Pera77 does not manipulate game outcomes. The platform publishes its Return to Player (RTP) percentages for applicable game categories in line with PAGCOR operational requirements. Players acknowledge that all gambling outcomes carry inherent risk and that past results do not influence future results in any RNG-based game.

Live dealer games and sports betting outcomes are determined by real events entirely outside Pera77's control — live card shuffles and real sporting results respectively. Pera77 has no ability to influence these outcomes and accepts no liability for the results of real-world events.

9. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pera77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and money laundering — using Pera77 to process funds obtained through illegal activity or to obscure the source of funds.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in a way that manipulates outcomes, shares confidential hand information in card games, or distorts market behavior.
• Match fixing — betting on outcomes that you have influenced or have advance inside knowledge of due to your direct or indirect involvement with the event.
• Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of promotional terms through irregular betting patterns or coordinated multi-account abuse.
• Chargebacks — initiating unauthorized chargebacks through a payment provider while retaining credited betting funds.
• Using automated bots or software — employing software, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market on Pera77.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction — using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions where applicable.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Pera77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• There is a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The account fails to pass identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• The account is suspected of money laundering activity, triggering our obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering law (AMLA).
• A player has self-excluded and attempts to access a new account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Pera77 may retain the balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, or where Pera77 closes an account at its own initiative without player fault, the verified balance (excluding bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting Pera77 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

11. Responsible Gaming

Pera77 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss limits — set a cap on net losses over a defined period.
• Cooling-off periods — take a temporary break from betting (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks) without full closure.
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the Pera77 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period and may be made permanent upon request.

Once a responsible gaming limit is set or reduced, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit will be subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. This asymmetry is intentional and is a core part of Pera77's player protection model.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Pera77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Pera77 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and the course of your use of the platform is used for: account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA obligations, payment processing, and improving platform services.

Pera77 does not sell, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in delivering the platform's services (payment processors, identity verification providers) and where required by law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Pera77 platform — including but not limited to the Pera77 brand name, logo, platform design, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of Pera77 or its licensed suppliers.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Pera77 content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of Pera77 intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

This restriction does not apply to sharing Pera77's publicly available promotional links through the Refer a Friend program in accordance with its stated terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, Pera77 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or maintenance periods that affect the platform's availability.
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player failed to safeguard their login credentials.
• The outcome of bets placed based on information sourced from third parties that proves to be inaccurate.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from any use of, or inability to use, the Pera77 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Pera77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

Pera77's maximum aggregate liability to any player for claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Pera77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Pera77 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, Pera77 may also notify players via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of the Pera77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account by contacting Pera77 support before the amendment takes effect.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Pera77 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to attempt informal resolution through Pera77's customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved efficiently through direct communication. Formal escalation to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process is available for unresolved complaints related to regulated gaming activities.

Pera77 will respond to all formal written dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.
